Placing 1st at the MBA Games 2018

I'm incredibly excited to be part of a winning team, placing first this weekend, January5-9th at the 2018 MBA Games. A few key learnings I am taking away from this weekend:

- It isn't only the first place team that wins - there are so many valuable aspects of participating, every learning is its own victory.

- Working with a team under pressure will cause conflict; a preliminary conversation as a team, discussing how we will manage our inevitable conflicts, saved heartache, stress, and friendships!

- Finally, celebrating our win as a team is an unparalleled feeling!
